Parents Marti and Iona encourage their son Ben to surf to build his confidence and help escape the challenges he faces on a small remote Scottish island. After travelling the world competing for his country Ben decides to train to ride one of the most dangerous cold water waves in the world. If he gets it right, he becomes the youngest to do it. If he gets it wrong the consequences are unthinkable.
